Brighton Marathon starts the season for ...

Sunny Brighton very much lived up to its reputation for the weekend of the 2017 Brighton Marathon, on Sunday 9th April, with glorious blue skies and blistering heat to welcome the runners. The fabulous weather also drew out huge crowds to cheer them all on. Our two intrepid runners weren’t dismayed by the heat and powered through to complete the mammoth task. Mark Whyte managed a time of 4:43:24 and Karen O’Brien came in at 6:01:54 – two excellent times considering the sweltering heat! We are proud to announce, that for the first time, the Bhopal Medical Appeal has secured places in the 2015 Brighton  Half Marathon! For more information about this event please click on the photo below. ’2015 is the 25th year of the Brighton Half Marathon. Voted ‘Most Improved Race’ at the 2013 Runners World Personal Best Awards. Hello everyone! Firstly, we would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who ran for the Bhopal Medical Appeal in this weekend’s Brighton Marathon! Our runners did fantastically, and luckily the weather held up for them! The Sambhavna and Chingari Clinics will benefit from the hard work and committment of our runners, and from the support and genorosity of those people who supported our runners with donations.
